Process automation

Automate processes. Where it pays off.

I automate recurring tasks in your company, from data entry to the connections between your software. Before we start, we work out together whether the effort is worth it.

What you get

  • More time for what matters

Your team spends less time typing, copying and cross-checking, and more on customers and quality.

  • Fewer errors

Data is captured once and lands correctly in every system automatically.

  • Growth without extra admin

More orders no longer automatically mean more paperwork.

Typical examples

  • Capture and assign incoming invoices and receipts automatically
  • Generate quotes and order confirmations from existing data
  • Keep ERP, CRM and accounting data in sync
  • Check and route documents and forms automatically

When it pays off

Not every project is worth it. I will tell you honestly before you spend any money.

Pays off when

  • the task comes up regularly and in volume
  • decisions follow clear rules
  • errors or delays cost noticeable time or money today

Probably not when

  • the process is currently changing fundamentally
  • the task is rare and only takes a few minutes

How we work together

  1. Intro call

We talk about your goals and where you stand today. 30 minutes, no obligation.

  2. Analysis and cost-benefit

I look at your processes and work out honestly what pays off and what does not.

  3. Delivery

Prototype first, then step by step into production. With progress you can see.

  4. Handover and operation

Documented, secure and set up so your team can run it independently.

Frequently asked questions

How much does process automation cost?

It depends on the process. Small automations are often done in a few days; larger projects are planned in stages. Every project starts with a cost-benefit check, so you know beforehand whether and when the investment pays off.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually not. Existing software can often be connected through interfaces. I only recommend new tools when they clearly pay off.

Is automation worth it for small businesses?

Often yes, especially where a few people handle a lot of admin on the side. What matters is not company size but how often a task comes up. The automation calculator gives you a first estimate.
